You could try frozen ones - for example, I use frozen artichokes and spinach. Yeah, they're still not as good as fresh ones, but for sure better than supplements. If properly packed and handled, frozen vegetables have pretty much the same nutritional properties as fresh ones. I use frozen peas, green beans, spinach, artichokes. Since I left Italy,and moved to Ireland, I don't enjoy veggies anymore. They come from green houses in Holland and very often their smell is artifical. Now, in the last 2years I got 10Kg more... I'm trying to invert the tendency but still there is a lot to do! I will take the advice on exercice in the morning ... if it doesn't rain !
